Actor Ashley Greene has revealed that she was once left wheelchair-bound after breaking her leg in a backyard accident. The Twilight star grew up playing with her gutsy elder brother Joe and admits that her tomboy tendencies often got her into trouble.

“Growing up I was very competitive with my brother... Once on the trampoline, I hit my leg and it just snapped,” Contactmusic quoted her as telling Black Book magazine. The actor was placed in an all-body cast and confined to a wheelchair. “In fact, I broke my arm twice, my femur twice and split my head open twice,” she added.
