Do you have a hard or soft mattress?
I use a special mattress which is made of coir with a soft foam lining.

Do you have a cluttered bed?
Not at all. I like my bed absolutely clean with nothing on it except three soft pillows.

What's your favourite kind of sheet - cotton or satin?
I like plain white bed sheets and pillow covers. They look neat and tidy.

Do you need your eight hours of sleep or can you do with power naps through the day?
I have a very disturbed sleep pattern. However, for a good nap, I need at least six hours of rest.

Is there one bed thing you carry with you everywhere?
Yes, I carry a small pillow which is like a neck support. I use it when I travel and when I am in the car.

Do you keep your phone on silent at bed time?
No, I never keep my phone on silent unless I am watching a movie or am in an important meeting.

Do you sleep with a light on somewhere?
Yes, I need to have a small night light on, so that I don't crash into something in the dark.
