Big B cracks Rajini joke, offends his fans

Big B wrote on his Twitter page, "Someone sent me this on mobile - "When Graham Bell discovered the telephone, he found two missed calls from Rajnikant !!" Brilliant."



He posted the tweet again after correcting the mistake saying, "Ok ! Graham Bell 'invented' the telephone ... not 'discovered' as written earlier .. in Rajni joke .. !!! Apologies !!"

Big B must have thought it's an ordinary joke, but fans of Rajinikanth didn't take it a with a pinch of salt. They felt Amitabh is making fun of their favourite star.



Sensing the tense vibes, Big B this time posted a tweet as a corrective measure, "Not making fun of him ...praising his status and his greatness ..he is noble successful humble person, and revered like a God," Mr. Bachchan clarified to one follower.
