Priyanka Chopra shares an adorable moment with Malti before heading to India for Jio MAMI Film Festival
Priyanka Chopra is the festival chairperson of Jio MAMI Film Festival 2023, which will be taking place in Mumbai. She replaced Deepika Padukone.
Actor Priyanka Chopra is on her way to India ahead of the Jio MAMI Film Festival 2023. She took to her Instagram Stories and shared her excitement. She also dropped an adorable glimpse of her daughter Malti Marie Chopra Jonas who is most likely not traveling with her. Priyanka shared a photo from her car ride with Malti. The little one was seen holding the actor's hand. Their faces were not visible. Malti was wearing a printed top with pink pants while the mother-daughter duo were travelling someplace.
Sharing the photo, Priyanka added emojis of Earth and a heart. Reacting to the adorable photo, a fan page wrote on Instagram, “So beautiful.” “So precious,” added another fan to the comment section. One more called them, “Princess MM and Queen Pri.”
Meanwhile, Priyanka also shared a glimpse of her flight ticket as she left for India ahead of the Jio MAMI Film Festival 2023. She posted a photo of herself holding her Indian passport and added, “It's been a minute Mumbai.” “Cannot wait,” also read her stories.
As per a report of Filmfare, Priyanka Chopra who is chairperson of the festival, will be attending the opening night at the Jio MAMI Film Festival. It will take place this year from October 27 to November 5 at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Culture Center (NMACC).
The report also mentioned that the executive director, Isha Ambani alongside Priyanka will be seen hosting the opening night. Kabir Khan, Vishal Bhardwaj, Vikramaditya Motwane, and Zoya Akhtar are among the board members apart from celebs like Farhan Akhtar, Riteish Deshmukh and Rana Daggubati.
Priyanka lives in Los Angeles with her husband-singer Nick and their daughter Malti Marie Chopra Jonas. She gave her cousin, actor Parineeti Chopra's wedding a miss last month due to work. It's not known yet if Malti and Nick will be coming to India with Priyanka.
She was last seen in Citadel and Love Again. She was previously seen filming for Ilya Naishuller's Heads of State in London. It also stars John Cena and Idris Elba.
