Brad Pitt has been walking around with a cane after hurting his knee recently when he slipped down a hill while holding his daughter.

He walked the red carpet at the 23rd annual Palm Springs Film Festival awards gala with the cane, and told reporters he has an injured ACL, a ligament in the knee that connects the femur with the tibia.
“I was carrying my daughter [Vivienne] down the hill and I slipped… It was either her or me,” People magazine quoted him as saying.
Angelina Jolie said that she actually likes the cane, and it hasn’t been able to slow down her partner.
“He's not that kind of guy. He does everything still,” she said.
She also said that their three-and-a-half year old daughter Vivienne wasn't hurt in the tumble.
“Vivie’s okay… She was absolutely fine,” she said.
