Oscar-winning actor Sandra Bullock has reportedly bought a new house worth $22.9 million in Beverly Hills.

reports that Bullock’s Tudor-style house is set on 4.1 acres of land and includes eight bathrooms, a detached four-car garage, a library, office, eat-in kitchen, workout room, staff quarters, swimming pool and stunning 270-degree views from downtown Los Angeles to the Pacific Ocean.
