Singer Chris Brown has deleted his Twitter account after indulging in a war of words with a comic writer over his 2009 assault on ex-girlfriend Rihanna.

In 2009, Brown was accused of physically assaulting his then girlfriend Rihanna. Brown exchanged ill words over the incident with writer Jenny Johnson on the micro-blogging site, reports dailymail.co.uk.

Addressing Brown, Johnson wrote: "Being a worthless piece of s*** can really age a person."

To that, Brown replied: "I look old as f***! I'm only 23."

The argument continued for some time before Johnson ended it by writing: "I have zero respect for a person who seems unapologetic for the terrible crime he committed and shows no signs of changing."

Although Rihanna and Brown have grown close once again and rumours of them dating again have surfaced, Brown still faces wrath of people around the world for his actions.
