Chris Brown took to his Twitter account to wish his former girlfriend Rihanna on her birthday.

Brown, 22, tweeted “HAPPY BIRTHDAY ROBYN!” to the Barbadian singer whose real name is Robyn Rihanna Fenton, on Monday, People magazine reported.

The Umbrella hitmaker, in turn, thanked him through her Twitter account.

Brown, who pled guilty to assaulting Rihanna in 2009, was reportedly at her early birthday bash last week, and is also singing on a remix of her track Birthday Cake called Cake.
