Shulman was caught detaching the large graffiti piece by street artist Brainwash from a construction site barrier in New York’s Meatpacking District, reports aceshowbiz.com.

Ownership of the piece has been claimed by Ken Hart of H&H Building and said he won’t press charges if Shulman will return the art work.

On Tuesday, Shulman telephoned Hart and apologised. Hart has agreed to drop the matter, and said, “I got my art back. I’m happy.”
