Forbes crowns Beyonce as world's most powerful celeb

Beyonce has topped the Forbes list of world's 100 most powerful celebs list for the first time since her debut on the list in 2004. While the 32-year-old singer's rapper husband Jay-Z gained the sixth spot who made 60 million dollars.

Beyonce has topped the Forbes list of world's 100 most powerful celebs list for the first time since her debut on the list in 2004.

Forbes estimates that Queen B played 95 shows, bringing in an average $2.4 million per stop. Her new album Beyoncé hit iTunes with barely any publicity.

She has also built a small business empire and earns millions endorsing companies like H&M and Pepsi, Forbes said. All together, Beyoncé earned $115 million between June 1, 2013 and June 1, 2014.

The 32-year-old singer's rapper husband Jay-Z gained the sixth spot who made 60 million dollars, the BBC reported.

Basketball player LeBron James grabbed the second spot on this year's list, while hip hop star Dr Dre occupied the third spot with 620 million dollars earnings.

Oprah Winfrey was placed at the fourth spot while Ellen DeGeneres came on the fifth position
