A day before getting hitched to actor Riteish Deshmukh, Bollywood actor Genelia D’Souza, 24, had a traditional East-Indian pre-wedding function, Umbracha Pani, at her house in Mumbai on Tuesday.

In the ceremony, women of the family wear knee-length sarees and go dancing to a well to draw water.

Dressed in a pink sari, Genelia danced with her brother Nigel and father Neil, while her relatives and friends walked behind with a pink umbrella and danced along. The couple will tie the knot tonight at Mumbai’s Grand Hyatt.
