Berry, who appeared at the California Capitol to testify for a bill that would limit the ability of paparazzi to photograph the celebrity kids, told the Assembly Committee on Public Safety that the photogs jump out of the bushes and from behind cars, besieging the children just to get a picture, Stuff.co.nz reported.

The 46-year-old pregnant actress said that she was speaking in favour of the anti-harassment bill by Senator Kevin de Leon, as a mother of a daughter and the baby boy in her belly.

She said that if the bill passes, the quality of her life and her children's lives will be dramatically changed.
