Socialite Paris Hilton's new boyfriend Cy Waits, owner of a nightclub in Las Vegas, seems to have impressed her parents.

"Her parents have known Cy for years and really like him. On Wednesday they flew to Vegas and they all had a great night,"

"Cy has never been happier, he truly loves and cares about her," the source added.

Hilton, who has been single since splitting from Doug Reinhardt earlier this year, started dating Cy Waits last month.

"They are clearly enjoying every minute of their new relationship and aren't afraid to show their feelings and affection for one another," said a source.

Hilton has previously dated Benji Madden, Rick Salomon and model Jason Shaw.
