Nikhil Chopra started out as a tennis player, but destiny had something else in store for him. His selection for the Ranji Trophy team happened just in time to save him from going abroad to study at a dental college. A one-day international (ODI) specialist, he was part of the Indian cricket team during the 1999 world cup. Chopra is now a television cricket analyst and an expert panelist with ESPN’s Cricket Extra and Timed Out.
One word that describes you best?
Carefree – I take life as it comes.
Which superhero would you like to be and why?
I would prefer to be Superman – take me away from all the traffic jams.
I firmly believe in being a good citizen so would very politely ask him what I did wrong.

I am actually quite happy with my name, so wouldn’t want to change it.
