While admitting to using Botox, the reality star has previously denied having a boob job. "Trust me honey, if I take this bra off you will tell me I need to get them done," she said.
However, Kim`s shapely figure showed the effects of her new exercise regime, having thrown herself into working out since Christmas.
While Kim braved the elements in her revealing dress, her sister covered up in a warm wool coat, complete with fur cuffs when they arrived for an interview on the David Letterman show tonight, to promote their new show `Kim and Kourtney Take New York.
