She insists that a jilted former friend has been spreading false rumours about her. The Mean Girls star denies any knowledge of the outstanding debt, and sources at the exclusive resort insist that Lohan doesn't owe the hotel anything.

A representative is holding one of Lohan's former pals responsible for selling nonsense to the newspapers.
"Some ex-friend is making up a lot of stories and giving them to the British tabloids," the Daily Express quoted Lohan’s spokesperson as having told GossipCop.com.
