The Mean Girl star was accused of lashing out at Dawn Holland in December last year, during her stint at the Betty Ford clinic in California. Holland claimed to have been seriously injured during the altercation, needing surgery on her wrist.

She has been telling her close friends and family that she never laid a finger on Holland during the late-night confrontation, and that she is confident the ex-rehab worker won't get a single penny out of her.
