Actor Demi Lovato has revealed she used to cut herself over "emotional and physical issues".
Lovato was released from a rehabilitation centre on Jan 11 and has since spoken out about her battle. "(Cutting was) a way of expressing my own shame, of myself, on my own body. The only way that I could get instant gratification was through an immediate release on myself,"
