According to thesun.co.uk, Miller's parents are tired of seeing her play tortured roles and are eager to watch her new role in G.I Joe.

She says: "I felt it was time to do something where I wasn't having a breakdown or playing a heroin addict or dying in the end. And something people go to see and actually had a great time seeing it. My parents were also like, 'Please just stop doing these films, you're killing us!'"

Miller had fun on the set. "G.I. Joe has a huge budget and a huge crew with things blowing up all around you all the time. Initially I was completely overwhelmed. Once I realised what I was doing, it was really fun to make a movie that was just pure entertainment."
