The doll in the picture wore green dungarees and had blonde curly hair, and was lying next to a CD player.
The court was also shown a photograph of ornate dinner plates with baby faces, believed to be the pop legend’s three children, which were displayed on a chest of drawers alongside family pictures.
As part of evidence, the official toxicology report of tests carried out on the singer’s body after his death from acute Propofol intoxication in June 2009 was also shown.
The document showed the star had six legal substances in his system, Propofol (Diprivan), Lidocaine, Diazepam (Valium), Lorazepam (Ativan), Midazolam (Versed), and Ephedrine.
Toxicologist Dan Anderson testified in court that out of all the substances found, Michael had the least amount of Propofol in his stomach, which were equivalent of a few specks of sugar, Contactmusic reported.
