In the clip, Jimn said, "Set Me Free Pt.2 was created when I was feeling lost and depressed. I was determined to overcome those feelings and this song conveys those emotions. I think I wanted to express that emotion in the choreography as well. So the choreography turned out to be very intense like this. But the people I'm working with are doing a great job. I am the only one I should be worried about."

Talking about his strict diet, Jimin said, "It's not easy keeping my weight within the 50kg range, but I'm kind of getting used to it now. Every night, I write down what I want to eat before going to bed. Yesterday I wrote, Kalguksu, Daechang, and Ramyeon. I was craving something spicy. It's been so long since I've had Tteokbokki too. Kalguksu with kimchi sounds really amazing."

Jimin's first-ever solo album, Face, comprises several tracks including Face-off, Interlude: Dive, Like Crazy, Alone, Set Me Free Pt.2, and Like Crazy (English Version). Taking to Weverse, BigHit Music on February announced about the album, which will release on Friday at 1 pm (KST).

Recently during his Weverse live, Jimin spoke about the album. As quoted by Twitter user @BTStranslation_, he had said, "The album I'm preparing for seems to be coming out in around March. I've prepared different kinds of things so I hope you look forward to it. Yeah, this is what I wanted to say first since you have waited a long time." In January, Jimin featured on the single Vibe by Taeyang, which he co-composed.
