Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate B D Bharti also directed them to be present before the court on November 22.

The court yesterday issued directions after the six failed to appear before it on August 18 in connection with the case where in petitioner Birbal Singh Rana, a local writer, has alleged that the Kapoors' BSK Network and Entertainment Pvt Ltd had stolen his script for their movie 'Wanted'.

Birbal in his petition alleged that in 2004 he had submitted his copyright script to the company, but it was rejected.

The petitioner claimed that the Salman Khan-starrer film, released in 2009, is based on his script.

The Kapoors could not be contacted.
