When asked if he is romantic, the actor said, “I guess I am when I like someone, I like being in love with people and yes, I guess I am quite sensitive to things. It’s important to preserve any mystique you have and also I don’t feel it’s anyone else’s business,” he said.

Pattinson also said he received tips from actor Pierce Brosnan on dealing with fame. “We were in a restaurant and people were looking at us. They didn’t know who I was but knew Pierce and he went up to them and introduced himself. I’d think, ‘What are you doing?’ But it works fantastically because no one treats you like you’re a side show attraction any more. They go home and say, He’s a nice guy,” he said.
