Pogos Paul Seflian allegedly refused to put away his electric cigarette and physically threatened flight attendants just before landing. According to Connect2Utah, he has been banned from flying on commercial flights.

He was later arrested and his driver's license and passport were confiscated by authorities. He will now have to wear a GPS tracking device.

"I thought it was reasonable," said Sefilian's lawyer about the verdict. And we agree.
