Revathy wants some money!
Revathy is ready with her script for her next Hindi film, titled Phir tum Miloge.
Good morning my honey-dipped cookies! I am still recovering from my hangover last night. Vijjy and I had a super party after which I don’t know what happened to the world around me. Huh! I am so not keen to lift a finger today but it looks like I don’t have a choice. I have to access my kaaliberry and share some gossip with you. And today, I am missing Madhu my Mottu Maid. She would at least fetch me tea. Okay, let me start.
The first mail today has come from my dearest Rapchik Rajni. She writes that she spotted the Southside actress-turned filmmaker, Revathy, in the city. Further down, Rajni writes that the filmmaker, who directed Phir Milenge, is ready with her script for her next Hindi film, titled Phir Tum Miloge. Given that her last was quite impressive in terms of content and the performances, Revathy has managed to get Jaya Bachchan and Raveena Tandon on board. Mrs Bachchan apparently has agreed only because the director’s last film featured her sonny boy, Abhishek and he was applauded for his performance as a lawyer. Tandonji has green-signalled the project too and is planning to make this film her comeback vehicle after her extra long maternity break. The film looks like a woman-centric subject. But now, sad to say, the project has hit a roadblock. And the reason, as is usual these days, apparently money, money and more money. Hmm, rukawat ke liye khed hai!
