Irfan Pathan is well known for his impeccable style sense, that make him stand apart off the field. He’s not a brand addict but believes in wearing what gives him comfort.
“Not everyone can be Brad Pitt, but if you believe in yourself, you become more attractive to others, irrespective of what you’re actually wearing,” says Pathan, who featured in the Men’s Health magazine’s latest edition.
Is he a fitness freak? “Indian men are not considered the fittest in the world. And the biggest reason is our delicious food, which is very rich and oily. Every Indian needs to exercise to lose the tag of not being one of the fittest countries.” he says.
It’s not just women who are diet conscious, men too are concerned of their wellbeing. And Pathan is not an exception to this rule. He says, “Our nutrition habits continue to leave us confused. But now, I know that eating the right food just a little less than enough is what is good. Also, don’t forget to take that one day a week off from the strict diet. Eat anything you want on that day, it’ll help you eat wiser the rest of the week. Also, staying stress-free is very important.”
