Rupesh Paul files defamation case against Sherlyn Chopra

Kamasutra director Rupesh Paul has filed the case over alleged abuse that the actress hurled at him on Twitter. Further proceedings on the case will be held on March 5.

Film director Rupesh Paul has filed adefamation case against Bollywood actress Sherlyn Chopra who stars in his directorial venture Kamasutra 3D, alleging that the actor had abused him on a social networking site.



In his complaint, filed before Ernakulam Chief Judicial Magistrate Court recently, Paul alleged that the actor had abused him on social networking site Twitter. The court posted the case for further proceedings to March 5.



Paul submitted that on January 15, the actor took to Twitter to direct abusive, obscene, comments against .



Earlier, Chopra had filed a complaint in a police station in Mumbai alleging that did not pay the remaining Rs 7 lakh of her total remuneration for acting in the film.

She had also alleged that Paul had threatened to forfeit her remaining remuneration for the movie , after she rejected his sexual advances.
