After teasing fans with posters revealing his various looks from the upcoming film, Bollywood actor Salman Khan released the motion poster of Bharat online Saturday morning. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, the film stars Katrina Kaif and Disha Patani in supporting roles.

Sharing the motion poster, Salman tweeted, “Dekhiye Bharat ka safar iss EID pe! (Witness Bharat’s journey, this Eid!).”  The motion posters collates all the five posters shared over the past week, in chronological order. Starting with 1964, where Salman is seen as a circus artiste, the posters build up to 2010, in which he can be seen as a 70-year-old.

Bharat marks the third collaboration between Salman and Ali Abbas after Sultan and Tiger Zinda Hai in 2016 and 2017. Salman and Katrina, who have worked together in several hit films, were last seen together in Tiger Zinda Hai. The trailer of Bharat will be released on April 24 and will be attached to Avengers: Endgame.

The film also stars Tabu, Jackie Shroff, Sunil Grover, Aasif Sheikh, Sonali Kulkarni and Nora Fatehi in supporting roles. Bharat is an official adaptation of 2014 South Korean film Ode To My Father.

Talking about the film, Ali had earlier told PTI, “With Tiger Zinda Hai and Sultan behind me, I’m more nervous for my next one because I know the expectations and anticipations will be really, really high. It is a very different film from Tiger and Sultan. We are trying to do something new with it.”

“People tell me there’s a lot of maturity in my work now. May be that maturity has got to do because I’m working with Salman Khan who has so much experience. The text that I write kind of compliments (him) and he as a mature actor takes it to another level,” he added.

Co-produced by Atul Agnihotri, Alvira Khan Agnihotri, Bhushan Kumar, Salman Khan Films and Reel Life Production Pvt. Ltd. Film, Bharat is set to hit theatres on Eid 2019 - June 5.
