Hollywood stars Sandra Bullock and Meryl Streep, who jointly won the Best Actress honour at the 2010 Critics Choice Movie Awards, shocked the A-list audience by kissing onstage.

Hollywood stars Sandra Bullock and Meryl Streep, who jointly won the Best Actress honour at the 2010 Critics Choice Movie Awards, shocked the A-list audience by deciding to celebrate their win by kissing each other onstage.



Streep won for her role as Julia Child in Julie &Julia and Bullock took home the honour on Friday night for her box-office hit TheBlind Side. Streep's name was announced first and Bullock went up to accept her trophy next. After approaching the61-year-old actress in mock anger, she and Streep hugged and shared an open-mouth kiss, reported MTV online.



"We're so lucky to be here tonight when so many are inpain. I don't know what to say, but Meryl's a great kisser," said Bullock in her speech after accepting her trophy.



"This is an honor. This one right here (Streep) inspired me to do everything better. To the critics, I bet you never saw this coming and you might never again," she added.



Streep, who plays the role of the legendary chef inJulie & Julia, said in her acceptance speech, "I love acting and I love to work and I love food so did Julia Child, so it wasn't that much of a stretch."
