Actor Sean Penn reportedly has a new lady in his life and her name is Shannon Costello.

Costello is the former communications director of Penn's Haitian Relief Organization. She first met the 51-year-old actor in 2009 and became friends.

The couple have been spotted together on the beach in Malibu, at Nobu earlier this month, and dining out in Miami, reported People magazine. Costello, 26, also worked on Davis Guggenheim's documentary Waiting for Superman and has worked at ABC News' 20/20.

Along with Brian Grazer, she will be a producer for Ron Howard's film, Under The Banner of Heaven, which is in development. Penn will next be seen in the drama This Must Be The Place, which just premiered at Cannes.
