Buzz is that actor Sushmita Sen, 36, is dating Imtiyaz Khatri, a 22-year-old entrepreneur who sponsored the recently-held India Resort Fashion Week.

The two have been seen at several parties together. Imtiyaz, however, denies it.

“Sushmita and I are just friends. She is very articulate and one likes to be in touch with such people,” Mumbai Mirror quoted Imtiyaz as saying.
