The 27-year-old "cleared up" rumours about his split recently, reports contactmusic.com.

Asked if he's been inspired to write new music now that he's "a bachelor again", the 'Hold on, we're going home" hitmaker said: "Well, um, actually, my status hasn't changed, just to clear that up, you know, I've always just been out here coasting."
