The lyrics of the original song were written by Prakash Mehra. While Punit was unavailable for comment, Nadiadwala said, “We got the legal notice on Wednesday. We have a contract with HMV and we would definitely have got in touch with them if we knew that the film’s rights were with Prakash Mehra Productions. I am embarrassed to be in this situation.”
