The former Spice Girl is seen wearing a bikini while the former footballer is topless in the picture she posted on Twitter with the caption, "Having a wonderful day with my family," the Mirror reported.
The fashion designer made a trip to the Grand Canyon with David, her friend Gordon Ramsay and both their families to celebrate her birthday.
She later returned to California for a special birthday dinner with family and friends at the luxury restaurant Nobu in Malibu, California on Thursday, reports contactmusic.com.
Victoria documented the party by sharing picture of a personalised menu inside a birthday card.
The inside of the card was decorated with a series of childhood snapshots. Victoria took to twitter writing: "Wonderful dinner at Nobu Malibu with my family and close friends, love u (sic) all so much & feel so blessed, good night."
