Freida Pinto: She is the latest red carpet darling and has found admirers in Scarlet Johansson and Kate Winslet. She will next be seen with Robert De Niro in a Woody Allen film.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan: India’s most bankable star, she’s on the Forbes’ list and a Padmashree awardee. Ash also won rave reviews for her negative act in Pink Panther2.
Kiran Rao: She is directing India’s first Gorilla film, titled Dhobhi Ghaat. The film is shot with a limited crew of 13
members. She is said to be Aamir Khan’s guiding light.
Zoya Akhtar: In her debut film Luck By Chance, she directed everyone — from Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan to Rishi Kapoor. New York Times and Variety have appreciated her work.
