Always wondered which is the best way to wear your scarf such that it doesn't look out of place and yet makes heads turn.

1 Head gear ahoy: Go a little imaginative and tie your silk scarf around a wide brimmed hat. This also works well as a beach look as you can match your hat scarf with your actual scarf. Worn with a sun dress it looks Arab inspired.

2 Ponytail perfect: Tie your silk or georgette scarf over your pony tail as you would tie a scrunchie. If the scarf can’t hold your hair in place just wrap it over the scrunchie and let the world guess about your secret hairdo. You can also attach a few beads or feather on the edge of the scarf.

3 Belt basics: Instead of leather belt just tie your scarf around your jeans’ waistband. It gives a very bohemian look and can also immediately perk up a staid outfit.

4 Necktie knotty: Add an interesting element to a staid white shirt by wearing a scarf around your collar as a neck tie. A V neck black top can look formal with a nice printed scarf tied around the neck in the shape of a bow.

5 Wrist it: You can also tie a scarf or even two small scarves around your wrist and do away with that chunky bracelet. It will be a power girl look minus the trinkets and bling.
