The actress, who will next be seen with ex-beau Shahid Kapoor in long-delayed Milenge Milenge, will feature on the cover of People Magazine's 'India's Most Beautiful' issue without make-up.

"Beauty lies in naturalness and not in fake eyelashes and coloured lipsticks," Kareena told reporters at the launch of the magazine at the IIFA Weekend here.

The 30-year-old star who looked beautiful in a peach coloured dress said she has never been a "make up person".

"Feeling happy goes hand in hand with looking good. Being stressed and unhappy affects hair, skin and eyes. To be well turned out, you have to be in a happy mood," she said.

Kareena attributed her flawless skin to being a vegetarian.

"I believe that 'you are what you eat' which is why I don't eat meat. Your stomach is not a grave yard. I gave up meat five years ago and I can feel the difference. My skin is glowing and I drink ten glasses of water every day," she said.

Apart from Kareena, Twinkle Khanna, Arjun Rampal, Asin and Genelia also feature in the issue.
