Tyler revealed that her childhood as a 'tall, gawky' kid whom boys never thought of anything but as a friend, had led her to believe that she would never be as beautiful as other girls.

'I've never thought of myself as a beautiful woman. At school, boys never looked at me that way. I was the tall, gawky one and I felt really awkward around guys. I'm like one of those women who have lost tons of weight but still feel fat because they've been fat all their lives," Femalefirst quoted her, as saying.

However, the actress admits that with marriage and a baby son life has become easier for she now cares less about other people's opinions.

'Being married and becoming a mother has given me a lot of confidence because I care a lot less about what people say about me,' Britain's Grazia magazine quoted her.
