The 31-year-old actress is seen leaning against a chaise lounge to promote the new lipstick range, reported Daily Mail online.
Portman is no stranger to appearing naked for the French fashion house.
Previously, she shot for Miss Dior Cherie Fragrance in which she posed naked from the waist up, with just her hands covering her up.
The new advertisement is the first Portman has appeared in since John Galliano was fired from Dior after going on an anti-Semitic rant in Paris.
The actress publicly denounced it, saying she was deeply saddened and shocked by the designer's actions.
Galliano was subsequently replaced by former Jil Sander creative director Raf Simons.

Natalie Portman married her fiance of two years choreographer Benjamin Millepied, on the scenic central California coast of Big Sur, on Saturday.
The couple was surrounded by family and friends, including Ivanka Trump, when they exchanged vows after dark in a Jewish ceremony at a private home, People magazine reported.
The 31-year-old Oscar winner first met French dancer Millepied, 35, on the set of Black Swan in the fall of 2009.
He worked as a choreographer on the film and the two started to date during the shoot. By December 2010, the couple announced they were engaged and expecting their first child. Their son Aleph is 14-months old. FULL STORY
