Designer Tarun Tahiliani is going to be the first person to create India’s first luxury watch.
“I am planning a super luxury line with Timex. It makes sense to collaborate with them because they also make watches for high-end brands like Salvatore Ferragamo and Versace.”
Following the footsteps of colleague Manish Arora, who had lent his signature style to watchmakers Swatch, Tahiliani accepts that it’s good for designers to explore different avenues.
