Celebrity trainer Yasmin Karachiwala posted a video on Instagram where she demonstrates five easy-to-do exercises when travelling. These can be easily done in your hotel room, without any equipment. These are the best exercises for reducing belly fat and shed some excess weight.

Yasmin Karachiwala, fitness trainer to celebrities such as Katrina Kaif, Alia Bhatt, Janhvi Kapoor and Deepika Padukone, recently posted a video on her Instagram about workouts during travel. If you’re a fitness enthusiast, you’d know that getting a workout done while travelling can be tough. Unavailability of gym equipment, busy schedules and general lethargy can get in the way of you and your fitness goals. But with these easy exercises, you can squeeze in a good 15-20 minute exercise and fat burning routine into your vacation. And all of these can be done in your hotel room.

Karachiwala captioned her video: #HotelRoomWorkout: 5 quick and easy full-body exercises that you can do on vacation in your hotel room.” She demonstrates five exercises: split squat, push-up, triceps dip, crisscrosses and alternate luges. Karachiwala often shares quick workouts focussing on certain parts of the body, health and fitness tips and workouts with her followers.

This is her suggested workout plan:

1. Split Squat - 3sets x 15 reps each.

2. Push up - 3 sets x 12-15 reps.

3. Triceps Dip - 3 sets x 12-15 reps.

4. Crisscross - 3 sets x 15 reps each.

5. Alternate Lunges - 3 sets x 15 reps each.

“My goal each day is to reach out and be able to motivate you lead a fitter life, you could help me by tagging a friend you would like to motivate by sharing this workout with,” she wrote.

Squats helps with the growth of muscles in your quads and helps you get in better shape. It also works on your strength and flexibility. Pushups are great to increase arm strength. Tricep dips challenge the upper body by testing your strength. Crisscross is a great core workout. It helps burn body fat easily and reduces weight. Alternate lunges help develop core strength and improve flexibility.
