Commissioner to investigate DLF-5 tussle
In the ongoing tussle between the residents of Exclusive Floors in DLF-5 and Lancers International School, the Punjab and Haryana High Court on Saturday appointed a commissioner to probe the matter.

In the ongoing tussle between the residents of Exclusive Floors in DLF-5 and Lancers International School, the Punjab and Haryana High Court on Saturday appointed a commissioner to probe the matter.
“Deepak Aggarwal, a senior advocate in the HC, has been appointed the commissioner. He will investigate the issue,” said a resident of Exclusive Floor.
Functionaries from town & country planning (TCP), Haryana Urban Development Authority (Huda), deputy commissioner of police (Traffic), SHO concerned, Lancers International School and Exclusive Floors will assist him.
The court has also asked the DCP (Traffic), Gurgaon, to help streamline traffic here, without compromising on the security of the residential complexes.
