Dairy owner shot at by miscreants in Palam Vihar

A 22-year-old dairy owner was injured on Wednesday night after unidentified persons shot at him in Palam Vihar. Passersby informed the police and he was immediately rushed to a private hospital from where he has been discharged.

A bullet hit his leg. Passersby informed the police and he was immediately rushed to a private hospital from where he has been discharged.

A case of attempt to murder and under the Arms Act was registered at the Palam Vihar police station.

According to the police, Manoj Kumar, a native of Bahadurgarh (Jhajjar), owns five dairies in Palam Vihar.

He was walking towards the J-block dairy near the Bajghera railway crossing when a speeding white Santro car crossed him but returned within seconds. The car passenger then shot at him.

The victim could not note down the registration number of the car due to darkness.

The police are investigating the case.
