Spread across three acres, the air-conditioned terminus will be built on the lines of an airport terminus adjoining the Huda City Center Metro station.

Apart from a fleet of air-conditioned buses, Volvo buses plying on inter-state routes, will also be shifted to the new terminus. Besides, a five-acre inter-state bus terminus has also been planned at Rajiv Chowk. Both projects will be funded by the Haryana Roadways Engineering Corporation (HREC).

By the end of July, 50 low-floor air-conditioned buses will be included on city routes, Kumar added.
