A host of disorders in digestive system could be contained through regular food habits, says study.

The most commonly found irritable bowel syndrome caused by host of disorders in digestive system could be contained through systematic dieting and keeping away from anxieties and worries to keep oneself free from various illness, an ayurveda seminar said today.

One should accord top most priority for systematic life style and stick to regular dieting and strive to keep away from in avoidable worries and tensions so that the digestive system is capable enough to process the food for effective functioning of vital organs, experts attended in the seminar on irritable bowel syndrome said.

Lack of proper and systematic lifestyle and strict dieting habits often leads to chain of reactions caused by digestive system's inability to cope up with irregular food habbits added by agonies and worries for leading a machanised life pattern, Dr P M Varier, additional Chief Physician, Arya Vaidya Sala, Kottakkal which hosted the one-day seminar here. Around 750 doctors and 250 ayruveda students took part in the seminar.
