Actress Jacqueline Fernandez, known for her flawless look and beautiful tresses, says that zinc helps in strengthening hair and is a must.

"Beauty pills! Zinc is super important for healthy hair growth! I swear by it and take it in supplements for that extra boost," Jacqueline posted on Twitter Monday.

The actress, who has been acted in films like Race 2 and Housefull 2 will be seen in Sajid Nadiadwala's Kick which also stars Salman Khan and Randeep Hooda. It is currently slated for a July release.
