Fitness for me is
: Pretty important.Yoga and swimming are my favourites.
My fitness regime:
I devote an hour to yoga or swimming in a day. I love to do yoga in the morning. I start with surya namaskar. Then I do different sort of stretches. I end with breathing exercises.
My introduction to yoga:
When I was studying drama in London, we had one hour of yoga every week as part of our drama course.
I restrict the amount of food I have. I love Indian food like rajma chawal, daal and bhindi.

My legs. They are the first place where I put on weight.

A friend told me that I always look comfortable, If I had to rate my body on the fitness scale of one to ten, I would rate it as: Seven on ten.

I am not a fan of gyms.
My influences on my boyfriend Anurag:
I haven’t forced him but I have encouraged him. He is doing yoga now..
My opinion on the size zero trend:
It’s scary to judge your life according to someone on a magazine who is made up to look like that … It's sad.
My opinion on men with six packs:
Six packs is like the maximum. I’d be glad if Anurag is healthy and loses weight. Then we will see.
My advice to aspiring fitness freaks:
If you push yourself to look perfect, you never can. There is always going to be someone more beautiful or more slim. So be yourself.
