The 38-year-old, who plays an alcoholic country singer trying to resurrect her career in the new movie, normally hates watching herself on screen, but was proud of the work in her latest film, reported InStyle magazine. “Last night, when I was watching the film, I thought, ‘This is the best job I’ve ever done.’
"With this film, I felt like it all came together, all that hard work and putting myself in such an uncomfortable position where I felt so scared of how I was going to do it," said Paltrow. The Shakespeare in Love star also admitted she had to do more preparation for this role than any other she has played in her career.
