Charlie Sheen, who recently revealed to the world that he has been living with HIV for the past four years, thinks his memoir is worth $10 million.

According to News24, the 50-year-old actor has reportedly been flaunting the idea of a tell-all book to several publishers, but some have baulked at the huge sum, with one insisting that because much of his life is lived in the public eye there cannot be a lot people don’t know.

A major publishing house veteran, who didn’t wish to be named in case his company took on the book, said that the idea of a $10 million book is funnier than Sheen’s sitcom Two and a Half Men. “What’s left to find out?”

The Anger Management actor may not have to wait much for a book deal as publisher Judith Regan has expressed an interest, saying: “I would like to publish his autobiography as an epic poem.”

It was reported recently that Sheen’s manager Mark Burg has been “buried with offers” from publishers who are desperate for his colourful life story.

The actor, who revealed last month that he was diagnosed with HIV four years ago, now, hopes going public with his diagnosis will help reduce the stigma surrounding the disease.
