George Clooney might just direct a movie on Neel Kashkari, the Indian American financial-technical wizard known as The $700 Billion Man for having developed and executed the $700 billion Troubled Asset Relief Programme (TARP) with his Boss the then US Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson. Kashkari retired to a simple life, living in an isolated cabin in the jungles.
